BD Topage® Mayotte 2021
The hydrographic repository aims to describe the hydrographic entities present on French territory in order to constitute a national repository for locating water-related data.
The BD topage® aims to move from a French medium-scale hydrographic reference (BD CARTHAGE®) to a large-scale (metric) benchmark, more comprehensive, compliant with the INSPIRE directive and compatible with the large-scale reference framework (RGE®) of IGN.
The BD topage® aims to meet the common needs of all EIS actors and must enable them to exchange and share on all scales on the surface hydrographic elements of the national territory.
It is also motivated by the obligation to comply with the INSPIRE Directive.
The BD topage® brings together the datasets:
— streams;
— bodies of water;
— elementary surfaces;
— hydrographic sections;
— river basins;
— topographic catchment areas;
— hydrographic nodes;
—land-sea boundaries.
