Description
The development plan Groß Flottbek 13 for the area defined in the installation by a grey line from the express railway between Dürerstraße/Ebertallee and Trübnerweg/Baurstraße to the Osdorfer Weg (region Altona, district 217) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Dürerstraße ¿Ebertallee ¿Osdorfer Weg ¿Baurstraße\Adickesstraße ¿Trübnerweg ¿Trübnerweg ¿South border of the parcels 179, east borders of the parcels 3187, 187 to 193, 2551, 214 (Rosen- Hagenstraße) and 194, southern borders of the parcels 194 to 197, 2594, 3109, 3108, 3106, 2593, 199 to 206, 209 to 213 of the Bahrenfeld mark.
