Description
Watercourses, parts of watercourses or canals mentioned in paragraph 1 of I of Article L214-17 of the Environmental Code, on which no authorisation or concession may be granted for the construction of new works if they constitute an obstacle to ecological continuity.
The lists of rivers, classified under Article L214-17 of the Environmental Code, were drawn up by the Basin Coordinating Prefect on 3 July 2013 and published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic on 11 September 2013.
