Completed and completed dwellings 2012-2015
Description
The data contain accurate data on housing production and are collected on a calendar year basis. The material covers 14 municipalities in the Helsinki region.
Housing production data describe completed and started dwellings as point geometry. Some of the point geometry contains housing production data for more than one building.
Characteristics:
ID= Identification of the item
Municipality = Name of the municipality where the site is located
Municipality_no= municipality ID
Type of house = AP; it’s a small house. COR; Apartment building
Asunt_lkm: Number of completed apartments in the property
Year of completion/Start year= Year of completion or start of the property
ARAtuotant (graduates only)= ARA; The ARA target. ASO; The ASO target. Otherwise empty.
Geometry: points
The material has been produced and utilised in monitoring the realisation of the objectives of the Helsinki Convention of Intent on Land Use, Housing and Transport 2012-2015. The material will not be updated. Coordinate system of datasets: ETRS-GK25.
