Copper and zinc in farm manure of pig and poultry farms
Description
As part of the project "Veterinary antibiotics in manure and soil" (SATTELBERGER et al. In 2005, the Federal Environment Agency collected data on nitrogen content and exposure to copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) in manure. First, a brief overview of the problem is given and the data on the nitrogen, copper and zinc contents and cargoes (annual input volume per hectare of soil and year) of the sampled pig and poultry farms are presented.
