Description
The ALS DTM elevation grid belongs to the product group “Digital terrain height model” (DGM). The digital terrain height model (DGM) describes the earth’s surface (natural soil, without vegetation) in the form of point quantities arranged in a regular grid of 1 m and georeferenced in the European reference systems. The ALS DTM height grid was recorded with Airborne laser scanning technologies. The ALS DTM Höhenraster is a cooperation product of the Austrian official geodata providers of the federal and state governments.
This is one of a total of 55 tiles, which together cover the territory of Austria.
