Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Forstraße/Silcherweg” of the city of Laichingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The establishment of the Forstraße/Silcherweg development plan is necessary in order to establish the eligibility requirements for the project of an investor between Forststrasse, Silcherweg and Hinter Alenberg on land plot 1041.
