Employment participation; youth, 2003-2022
Description
This table presents quarterly and annual figures on the employment rate of young people in the Netherlands. The population aged 15 to 25 (excluding the institutional population) is divided into the employed, unemployed and non-working population. The working population is further classified according to the position in the working environment and the average working time. For the different classifications, a breakdown by gender, age and whether or not they are in education is available.
Due to changes in the EBB’s research design and questionnaire, a revision of the figures for the 2021 reporting year was implemented in the first quarter of 2022.
The figures from 2021 onwards are not necessarily comparable to the figures up to and including 2020.
