Authority competent to take a decision in the health sector
Description
The dial contains a list of authorities relevant to the issue of a health authorisation, licence or trade, the authority competent to issue the health care provider’s code and the health care professional’s code. The dial is established for the purpose of identifying the issuer of the authorisation and the identification of the chamber of the registering healthcare professional in its own register and issuing the licence to the healthcare professional. The figure from the column ‘Abbreviation’ of the dial is also part of the health care professional’s registration number on the health professional’s e-card and is also part of the unique identifier of the health institution and the identifier of other healthcare establishments.
