Vacancy indicator 1999-2023
Description
The vacancy indicator is an arithmetically weighted average of vacancy indicators of industry, construction and commercial services. These (partial) vacancy indicators are derived from several variables of the monthly business surveys conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Economic Institute for Construction (EIB). The vacancy indicator gives an indication of the direction in which the vacancies are expected to develop from the entrepreneurs.
Data available from January 1999 to June 2023.
Status of the figures:
The published results are final.
Changes as of 15 February 2024:
This table has been discontinued due to methodological considerations and has been replaced by the Personnel Indicator table; industries (SBI 2008). See paragraph 3.
