ATTENTION: On the basis of the secondary data base at Geobasis NRW, a database of “public property” is compiled by evaluating the material ownership information in conjunction with parcel geometries. This automated compilation takes into account the owners of the categories/owner types: Federal Republic of Germany (Value type: 5100), circle (type of value: 5400), Municipality (Type of value: 5500), own state (value type: 5920), Other Land (Value type: 6000). The plots of which own one of these categories are selected, enriched with additional attributes and provided through services. The attributes owner, type of value, parcel number, booking sheet number, order number, booking type, official area (in m²), quality and topicality are retrieved. If a plot of land has more than one owner, e.g. because of an inheritance building right, apartment/part-ownership, etc., these are additionally issued via the material data query. Non-public owners are anonymised and the value type attribute is not filled. In case of any abnormalities in the database, we ask for notification. The data have the following quality levels: Quality A includes owners whose classification in one of the categories Federal Republic of Germany (5100), district (5400), municipality (5500), own state (5920) or other federal state (6000) has been recorded by the cadastral authorities. Quality B includes owners whose owner name was found in Quality A without a proper assignment to a category by the cadastral authorities. Quality C includes owners who were assigned to the public property by Geobasis NRW after text analysis of the owner name. Quality D includes other anonymised owners who own property rights in addition to the public property defined by Geobasis NRW. The underlying data is updated every six months. The data are up-to-date on 01.07.2022.
