Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Mühlebächle” of the municipality of Sexau from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planning area covers about 2.75 ha and is located in the north of Sexau outside the actual location, east and west of the L 11. In the north, the future construction area is bounded by dan Mühlebächle-Weg and in the south by a path.
