Description
Track gauge (division), indicates the distance between the right and left rails. There is a specialty in Haparanda where both 1 435 mm and 1 524 mm are used against the Finnish border.
There are also 1435/981 inside Västervik’s operational site which connects the narrow track (891 mm) via the normal track inside the operating site out to the narrow track towards Hultsfred- Åseda (has previously reached Växjö).
