Accumulation of pressures that can cause sealing in the North Atlantic Demarcation (EM NOR PRE Sealing)
Description
Sealing has been estimated based on the percentage of surface area of each cell occupied by structures that permanently seal the bottom. For this analysis, pressures such as the artificial coast (information that, referring to a line, has been transformed to a polygon applying a radius of 100 meters), artificial reefs (occupation of the bottom by the modules), hydrocarbon platforms (applying a radius of 500 meters) and sunken ships (radius of 75 meters) have been considered.
Depending on the results obtained, the cells are classified according to the percentage of it that could be sealed:
Very High: Greater 15 % / High: 10 to 15 % / Average: 5 to 10% / Low: 2,5 to 5 % / Very Low: less 2.5%
