Description
Areas of validity of final operating plans for the establishment of mining operations under mountain control.
The final business plan (Section 53(1) of the Federal Mining Act) defines the technical implementation and duration of the phase of the cessation of operations.
It must be approved by the Sächsische Oberbergamt.
The aim of the planned cessation of a mining operation is to establish the conditions for the end of the mountain supervision (Section 69(2) of the Federal Mining Act).
