Environmental Ordinance, Rural Area
Description
The Rural Area is one of three locations that, together with Stedelijk area and Natuur Netwerk Brabant area dekkend, is included in North Brabant. These three locations form the main structures of the Environmental Ordinance and do not overlap with each other.
The Environmental Ordinance contains instruction rules to prevent unnecessary new land use in the rural area and to ensure a quality improvement of the landscape in various developments, such as housing construction.
