Central technical road register data — imaging services/wms
Description
The Slovak Road Administration makes data available to the Central Technical Register of Roads within the meaning of Act No. 135/1961 Coll. on Roads (Road Act), as amended, for free, including electronic web services, which are published according to OGC standards. Web Map Service (WMS) is a client-server service that enables the sharing of geographical information in the form of raster maps in the Internet environment. The result of the requirement e.g. GIS software on WMS server is primarily image data in a variety of formats (JPEG, TIFF, PNG, etc.).
