Case management reference architecture
Description
This reference architecture is intended to be used as a guide for the development of municipal case management and the information systems supporting it, especially for the digitalisation of administrative practices. The purpose of the reference architecture description is to harmonise the processes and concepts of case management and thus promote the interoperability of implementation solutions. The reference architecture describes how the generalised business processes, stakeholders, roles, master data and information system services of case management work as a whole.
