Description
Plant and zoos by number of gardens, surface area,
opening up, collection, type, visits, income and expenses, staff.
This publication contains a number of key figures on plant and animals—
gardens in the Netherlands, excluding gardens whose exploitation under—
part of a larger whole, in particular universities,
estate management and catering. For definitions see below. The information
was obtained through the research Plants and Zoos. This study
was held in 1997 and 1999. In the years before, the plant and
zoos observed to a limited extent in the statistics Museums and the
statistics Recreation centres, but could not be there as such
to be distinguished. The individual character of the plant and zoos
