PIRAA- Parking areas, rollover and deviation of heavy goods vehicles from Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes
Description
Heavyweight management areas are sites that have been identified by the South-East Defence Zone as having to be used to manage heavy goods vehicles in a weather-related road crisis.
There are three types of zones:
— ‘STO’ parking areas (sites allowing parking in number of heavy goods vehicles for up to 24 hours);
— the “RET” turning zones (sites allowing to turn back to heavy goods vehicles);
— deflection zones “DEV” (locations from which heavy goods vehicles can take a load-loading route).
The table has 164 objects.
