Land register Hamburg

The Land Property Register serves the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg as proof of all land owned by the state and rights equivalent to land.

Land-owned property is also listed in the list if it is transferred to third parties on the basis of rights in rem (heritage rights, etc.) or mandatory rights (rental or lease agreements, etc.).

The list is divided into the general real estate, the administrative (e.g. street areas) and special assets (e.g. school real estate).
