Appeal 1930, Part 7, State IIB: Distinction of foreigners in position D and persons for whom no distinction has been made according to the position (persons in classes XXIV et seq.) by nationality, sex and occupation, for the total of the Empire.
In State IIB, only the professions with 20 or more foreign nationals are included.
