Wind potential — Zoning according to suitability Vienna

Description

The map shows the assessment of the wind energy potential for the operation of small wind turbines for a height of 10 meters above the average building height or over ground for larger areas without construction (model topography) and has a horizontal resolution of 25mx25m. Classification of potential into 3 classes based on average annual wind speed: good (>=4 m/s), mediocre (>=2.5 m/s and < 4 m/s), low (< 2.5 m/s)
