Development plan Niendorf 24 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Ordinance on the development plan Niendorf 24 of 30 July 1968 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 200) is amended as follows:
1. The attached "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Niendorf 24 Development Plan" will
added to the Regulation.
2. In § 2, the following point 7 is added:
"7. In the shaded area shown in the annex between partridge path and north-eastern boundaries of parcels 5969 (formerly the north-eastern part of parcels 2617 and 2618), 2616, 2615, 2614, 2613, north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of parcel 2612 of the Niendorf-Bansgraben district, the fixings for a 5 m wide public path branching off from the partridge path and for a parking space with entry away from the partridge are lifted; the areas are designated as non-buildable plots of land."
