Description
This table contains data on submitted, completed and pending
appeals in administrative case-law before the Board of Appeal for
the business community. The data are broken down by type of profession
(decisions Public business organisations and disciplinary decisions).
An appeal to the administrative court shall be brought against a decision of a
administrative body, such as a ministry, a municipality, a social service,
and so on.
The classification by regulation is based on the law or regulation on which
the contested decision of the administrative body was founded.
