pardon.
The figures on damages are broken down by compensation for unjustified detention and reimbursement of costs incurred.
Of these damages, figures are available on
— applications submitted
— applications granted
— amounts granted and the average amount granted per application granted.
The figures on pardon are divided into petitions and decisions received.
The decisions are further broken down by
— unconditional pardon
— conditional pardon
rejection of pardon.
Data available from 1990 to 2016.

When will there be new figures?
Due to the loss of funding, new data will no longer be available for this statistics as of 1 January 2018. For more information see the link in paragraph 3.
