Description
This table was discontinued as of 27-07-2012 and continued as Crimes; trial at first instance. See also paragraph 3. The reason for discontinuation is the introduction of the 2010 Standard Classification of Crimes.
This table shows the number of court decisions broken down by type of court, type of final decision, type of judgment and type of appeal. In the table, these data can be broken down into the following characteristics:
— type of crime;
— type of suspect;
— age category of suspect.
In the judgments of the judge, the cases joined by the judge at the hearing in another case are not counted as a settlement. The figures in the table are rounded to five.
