Development plan Finkenwerder 30 Hamburg
Description
The Finkenwerder 30 development plan for the scope of the Rüsch Peninsula between the Rüschkanal and the Steendiekkanal (district of Hamburg-Mitte, district 139) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Port area border (east bank of the Rüschkanal — south bank of the Elbe — west and south bank of the Steendiek Canal) — via parcel 4951 (old: 4738), northeast boundary of parcels 4951 (old: 4738) and 4847 (Hein-Saß-Weg), northern boundary of parcel 3172, north and east boundary of parcel 4780, over parcel 4780, south boundary of parcel 3172, on parcels 2271, 4827 (Kneienblick) and 4957 (old: 4792 — Neßpriel) of the Finkenwerder-Nord area.
