Development plan Finkenwerder 30 Hamburg

Description

The development plan Finkenwerder 30 for the area of application of the Rüsch peninsula between the Rüsch Canal and the Steendiek Canal (district Hamburg-Mitte, district 139) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Port area boundary (east bank of the Rüsch Canal - south bank of the Elbe - west and south bank of the Steendiek Canal) - via parcel 4951 (old: 4738), north-eastern boundaries of parcels 4951 (old: 4738) and 4847 (Hein-Saß-Weg), northern boundary of parcel 3172, northern and eastern boundary of parcel 4780, via parcel 4780, southern boundary of parcel 3172, via parcels 2271, 4827 (Kneienblick) and 4957 (old: 4792 - Neßpriel) of the district Finkenwerder-Nord.
