Divorce proceedings; child support 2001-2013
Description
The table refers to child maintenance established in divorce proceedings as laid down in the court’s divorce order. A maintenance obligation applies to the partner. The amount of maintenance is in principle freely determined by the ex-partners. Agreements on this can be included in a divorce agreement. If necessary, the judge will make a decision. In addition to the percentage distribution of child maintenance, the table also includes the median and arithmetic mean of child maintenance (to be paid monthly).
