Civil case law, 1997-2000
Description
Civil law regulates rights between persons
among themselves. They may be natural or legal persons.
In the event of a conflict, the rights in civil courts may
to be enforced through a lawsuit, in which those who are harmed
feels, determines whether the case is brought to court. The Civil
law is governed by the Civil Code, the Commercial Code and
the Code of Civil Procedure. Outside of these codes, there are
related laws included in civil law, such as
Bankruptcy law.
