Background for the measures “Compensation for non-use of plant protection products”
Description
Eligible is the waiver laid down in Article 4(1) of the PflSchAnwV
the use of certain plant protection products in nature reserves,
National parks, National Natural Monuments (not applicable in SH), Natural Monuments
(Database as of 2018) and legally protected
Biotopes, within the meaning of § 30 of the BNatSchG4, located in Natura 2000 sites.
Procedure for setting up a backdrop:
• The baseline data were the areas of the ND, which were shown in full. Biotopes, the NSG and the
National parks located within the NATURA2000 area. An overall backdrop was created from these areas.
Furthermore, only the areas from 1,000 m2 (merge everything first and then dissolve Multipart) were taken into account.
• Field block data "field" and "permanent crops" within NATURA2000 have been selected.
