The Victim Support Office; discontinued goods and services rendered
Description
This table gives an overview of by Victimhulp Nederland
finished cases. The table distinguishes between cases of
persons who have accepted an offer of Victim Assistance Netherlands
and cases of people who have rejected the aid offer. Of business
where assistance has been accepted and where follow-up services have been provided
a breakdown by follow-up service shall be provided.
In 2008, Victim Support the Netherlands switched to a new
registration system. Intake interviews are no longer seen as
provided help. As a result, in 2008 the number of cases in which the supply of aid
has been accepted greatly decreased and the number of cases in which the offer of assistance is not
has been accepted greatly increased.
Bureau Victim Assistance has the method of registering the services
amended as from 2007. Because of this change, the old way of
registration is not similar to the new registration. That’s why there are
no data on follow-up services are available for 2006.
