Description
Official soil management border between RWS North Sea and the coast RDs. This stock delimits the area where RWS Noordzee has soil management. The competent authority of RWS Noordzee with regard to the wet Wbr cases is linked to the soil management border. The wet Wbr has been included in the Water Act as water management since 22 December 2009. In addition, the soil management limit in BKN and the NIS dashboard determine the number of km2 of soil managed by RWS Noordzee. The soil management boundary between RWS North Sea and the other coast RDs is defined as follows: -the outer edge of the municipal boundaries is followed along the coast -the parts of the IJgeul and the Maasgeul that fall within the municipal boundary belong to the soil management area of RWS Noordzee -to the north of the Wadden Islands, a simplified line of defined points is applied to the municipal boundaries, creating a reasonably smooth line. North of this line is the soil management area of RWS North Sea, south of this line is the soil management area of RWS North Netherlands - the Ems Dollard Treaty area is entirely under the management of RWS North Netherlands - the area between 3 and 12 miles north of the EDV area (NL claim) is entirely under the management of RWS North Sea The soil management border between RWS North Sea and the coast RDs is adjusted if one or more parts of the above description change.
