Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Ortskern Süd — 1st Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The recast of the development plan “Ortskern Süd” concerns the areas of the already approved development plan “Ortskern Süd”, which includes largely existing development with a growing and subordinate structure.
