Description
The purpose of the urban spot is to materialise at a T moment, the dedicated hold on a territory
given, to the human presence and the activities resulting therefrom. The result consists of a
a set of polygons that is of interest only if the methodology used is reproducible. On
monitoring space consumption can then become relevant.
