Description
Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): A doctor based in Römerberg-Mechtersheim is planning to expand his practice on the already used Holzgasse 16a estate, plot 156/13. The parcel lies within the scope of the development plan ‘Holzgasse – 1st Amendment’. The planned extension deviates from the stipulations of this development plan with regard to the construction limit as well as the roof shape and roof pitch. The project corresponds to the basic urban planning objectives of the local municipality, as an already used building area is used and the medical care of the population can continue to be ensured against the background of demographic change in Mechtersheim.
