Provincial finances; ESR Transactions

Expenditure and income from the provinces to
economic categories. Economic categories are groups of
economic transactions by nature. The demarcation is aimed at a
statistical description of economic processes. Economics
categories are grouped back into accounts. All this according to the
ESA — account system.
