Development plan Neugraben-Fischbek 56 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Development Plan Neugraben-Fischbek 56 of 29 June 1983 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 159) is amended as follows:
1. The attached annex to the Act amending the Law on the Building Plan Neugraben-Fischbek 56 is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following point 3 is added:
3. The roadside area of the area of the parcel 6237 of the Fischbek area, as shown in the installation, shall be determined as road traffic area with the special purpose of “walking and cycling path”.
