Regional plan NRW (tiles)
Description
The data set contains the grid data of the regional plans of the six planning areas of the state of NRW as well as the regional land use plan (RFNP) of the six associated cities in the core area. The regional plans specify the objectives and principles of the NRW Regional Development Plan for the individual regional sub-areas/planning areas in NRW. The regional plans define the desired spatial development and order of the region as objectives and principles of spatial planning, drawing and in a text section. The drawing specifications of the regional plans are drawn up on the basis of a map in a scale of 1:50,000. Accordingly, they are not oriented towards parcels, but represent a rather coarse determination of the areas. The RFNP is based on the 1:10,000 scale land use plans, but represents the spatial categories of regional planning. It should be noted that the available raster data can only be used informally and without obligation. Only the drawing determination decided by the respective Regional Council (plan representation of the respective deposition copy in scale 1:50,000) is legally effective. For reasons of better readability in the overall view for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, the presentation of the data has also been standardised. It may therefore deviate from the individual presentation in the respective legally valid regional plan.
