Expert opinion on the EIA procedure Decommissioning and dismantling of the Isar 1 nuclear power plant (CCI 1)
Description
After the accident at Japan's Fukushima-Daiichi nuclear power plant, the eight oldest nuclear power plants still in operation were decommissioned in Germany. This was initially done in the spirit of a moratorium. With the entry into force of the 13th Amendments to the German Atomic Energy Act of 31 July 2011 have then extinguished the authorisations for performance operation for these nuclear power plants.
