Information System for the Prevention of Major Industrial Accidents (ISIS)
Description
IS PZPH provides information support for the performance of the state administration in the field of prevention of major industrial accidents according to Act No. 261/2002 Coll. on the Prevention of Major Industrial Accidents and on Amendments to Certain Acts. It also ensures the collection and exchange of information between stakeholders, the pooling of information transmitted in the framework of European reporting to the EC JRC and the availability of documents related to the entire major industrial accident prevention process. The public access point of IS is Enviroportal. The information system consists of the following registers:
— Register ‘Enterprises’ — contains identification data, inventory of hazardous chemicals in the enterprise, document records: Company Classification Notice, Security Report, Security Report, Security Report, Havarias Plan, Population Protection Plan.
— Register ‘According to accidents’ (collects findings of major industrial accidents occurring).
— Register ‘Professionally qualified persons’
— Register “Authorised Persons” — contains contact details of emergency technicians, specialists in the prevention of HMI and authorised persons.
— Register ‘Checks’.
