Aircraft noise protection Claim graduation (day protection zone 1)
Description
If the noise level in day protection zone 1 is below a certain limit value, the right to reimbursement of structural noise protection measures shall not be granted until the beginning of the sixth year following the establishment of the noise protection area. The respective regulations result from the Act on Protection against Aircraft Noise (FlugLärmG).
