Reporting Water Framework Directive 2010: Inventory and characteristics of groundwater bodies per WFD basin

Description

Information on groundwater bodies WFD, whole France, by detailed elements grouped according to the following themes (simplified here): -identification, -description, -impact on protected areas. -hydrological characteristics, -quantitative and chemical status, mentioning any substances causing the poor condition, -upward trend or reversal of pollutant concentration trend, -pressures, -impacts of groundwater on surface water. A file is available for each DCE pool. All the elements and the rules for filling the fields are explained in the xsd file GWB_3p0.xsd accessible for download by the link to the associated xsd file. Directive 2000/60/EC, known as the Water Framework Directive (WFD), establishes a framework for Community action in the field of water policy. It provides for several stages of implementation, each giving rise to a report: the report carried out in March 2010 relates to management plans, and incorporates data from previous reports.
