Seats of the ÖbVI in the Free State of Saxony
Description
The service contains the offices of the publicly appointed surveyors (ÖbVI) in the Free State of Saxony. The ÖbVI are responsible for cadastral surveys and demarcations in the Free State of Saxony. The district of an ÖbVI corresponds to the district or district-free city in which its official seat is located. Within its district, the ÖbVI is obliged to carry out cadastral surveys and demarcations. In the rest of the territory of the Free State of Saxony, the ÖbVI is authorised to carry out cadastral surveys and demarcations. If a corresponding authorisation has been granted, ÖbVI are also entitled to transmit excerpts from the property register (e.g. property map, land plot and ownership certificate).
