Youth active plus Hamburg

Description

The project aims to socially stabilise and professionally integrate young adults with a wide range of problems between the ages of 18 and 25 as well as (alone) educators up to the age of 27. Participants are supported in the context of individual coaching with regard to their social and professional topics and needs. The possibility of practical testing and the learning of key qualifications within the framework of the qualification and job offers are also of great importance. These make it possible to offer the participants an internship in company-owned companies, in workshops or in external companies. The project works closely with youth welfare agencies, the ASD and the youth employment agencies.
