Persons with Wlz-VV-residence or -vpt; stand and inflow
Description
This table shows the number of persons who use residence or complete package at home (vpt) within the Nursing and Care sector (VV), funded by the Long-Term Care Act (Wlz) and have a WLZ indication of the Care Indication Centre. This includes persons who are Wlz-indicable. The VV sector is shown excluding VV1 to 3, due to no or low inflow in these care gravity packages (zzp’s). These are only persons who are registered in the Basic Registration of Personal Data (BRP) on the reference date. In addition, this table shows the number of people who enter VV residence or VV-vpt on the reference date, and the number of persons who used extramural Wlz care (modular package at home (mpt) and/or personal budget (pgb) prior to this influx. For the 2015 reporting year, the inflow is not shown, because there is a trend break between 2014 and 2015 due to the Reform of Long-Term Care.
The figures are broken down by gender, age category, delivery form of care, self-employed within the VV.

Status of the figures:
The figures for the last year are provisional and the figures for previous years are final.
The figures in this table are based on data from Vektis, from the Social Insurance Bank (SVB) and from the Centrum Indicatiestelling Zorg (CIZ).
Amendments as of 30 November 2023:
The figures up to 2021 have been finalised and provisional figures for 2022 have been added.
When will there be new figures?
The provisional figures shall be published no later than 12 months after the end of the reporting year. In the event of a new publication, the figures for previous years will be given the final status.
