Areas with forest areas prior to 1850 (Legislative Regulation)
Description
This stock contains forest areas prior to 1850 as laid down in the Environmental Ordinance of the Province of Groningen. In this Environmental Regulation we have included rules for this. Within the forest areas before 1850', natural burials are not permitted because this will irreparably affect the very old and pristine soil structure. The areas are based on the ‘green heritage map’ of the Cultural Heritage Agency.
