Development plans (Municipality of Diekholzen)
Description
A development plan (possibly with amendments) refers to individual areas of the municipal area and regulates the type and extent of the buildability of individual plots of land in a legally binding manner. Its possible contents are determined by the Building Code (BauGB). It is developed from the land use plan. The development plan is adopted by the municipal council as a municipal statute and thus contains binding stipulations for the inhabitants, for those who wish to build and for the building authorities. The statutes shall consist of one or more plans drawing the determinations, the supplementary textual determinations and a detailed written statement of reasons.
