Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Island meadows extension” of the municipality of Illmensee from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Probably now § 34(2) BauGB/B-Plan is probably at the stage of § 33 BauGB and wg. Exemption is probably also powerless except for scope.
